Andhra University: M.E./M.Tech (for locally employed people) Counselling Notification

With reference to your application for admission into M.E. / M.Tech. (for locally employed people) evening Courses, you are requested to appear for counseling at the Office of The Directorate of Admissions, Vijayanagar Palace, Pedawaltair, Visakhapatnam at your own expenses with all original certificates as per the schedule given below.

18.08.2011 Thursday
9.00 A.M.: Chemical, Civil, Electrical and Electronics Engg.
2.00 P.M.: Electronics and Communications Engineering, Instrumentation Tech. Marine Engineering.
19.08.2011 Friday
9 AM: Computer Science & System Engineering
2 PM: Mechanical, Metallurgical Engineering
The following original certificates should be produced at the time of interview. 

• Provisional Certificate or original degree of qualifying examination (B.E/B.Tech.). 
• Statement of Marks of Qualifying examination. 
• Valid Gate qualified rank card / PGECET-2011 Rank card. 
• Service Certificate and No objection certificate from the employer. 
• Transfer and Conduct certificate from the institution last studied. 
• Date of birth certificate (S.S.C. / Matriculation / Equivalent certificate) 
• Integrated Community Certificate issued by competent authority in case of SC/ST/BC candidates for Parttime admissions. 
• Migration certificate in case of candidates from other Universities. 
• Physical fitness certificate 
• Four recent passport size photographs. 
• One set of attested copies of the above certificates. 
• D.D. for Rs.500/- towards counseling fee drawn in favour of the Director, Directorate of Admissions. Andhra university. 
• D.D. drawn in favour of Admission Account, Directorate of Admissions, Andhra
