OR, by sending letter through registered post/speed post only, and not by courier, to any of the above along with a demand draft for Rs. 2200/- in favour of "Registrar Examination, AUSMMDI" payable at Amritsar.

Out of total no. of seats for MD/MS and MDS (both Govt. Quota and Sikh Minority Quota) 15% seats will be allocated to NRI Quota from Minority Quota itself.

How to apply:

• Last date of receipt of completed application form: February 4, 2012 (Saturday)
• Date of Examination Test: February 15, 2012 (Wednesday)
• Centre of Examination: Amritsar only
