NIMCET 2012 for MCA admissions in NIT's

The NIMCET is National Institute of Technology (NIT) MCA Common Entrance Test, a National Level Test conducted by NITs for admission in to their MCA programme. NITs are Institutes of National Importance and are centrally funded technical institutes.

Eligibility: Candidate must obtain 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA in qualifying bachelor's degree which should be from a recognized University in one of the following subjects: Mathematics, Statistics, Business Mathematics, Business Statistics, Discrete Mathematics, Mathematical Foundations of Computer Science, Computational Mathematics, Elementary Mathematics or Elementary Statistics as well as in Class 12th (Mathematics should be one of the subjects) to appear in NIMCET 2012.

How to apply:

• All eligible candidates should create login and password by registering themselves in the website till April 2, 2012. Then fill the online application form made available in the website after obtaining DD for processing fee, scanned copy of their latest passport photo, signature before April 9, 2012.
• Take hard-copy of electronically submitted online form and post it (speed post or registered post) with all enclosures (Click hereto check the enclosures) to The Secretary, NIMCET-2012, National Institute of Technology, Warangal – 506 004, Andhra Pradesh
• Download the admit card from the website between May 7, 2012 and May 19, 2012
