PGECET - 2013 Final Phase Counselling on 31st October

GATE-2012 / 2013, GPAT and PGECET-2013 qualified Muslim, Christian & Non Minority and Not Qualified / Not Appeared Muslim & Christian Minority candidates of PGECET-2013 examinations and those who have secured 50% and above in their respective subjects are informed to attend the Final Phase of counseling for admissions into M. Tech & M.Pharmacy courses for the leftover seats in the academic year 2013-14 as per the schedule given below:

Candidates shall produce all certificates in ORIGINAL viz 1. GATE Score Card 2012 / GPAT & PGECET-2013 rank card and Hall Ticket 2.Degree Certificates & Memorandum of Marks of qualifying examination. 3. Memorandum of Marks of Intermediate or its equivalent. 4. Memo of SSC or its equivalent. 5. Study Certificates from 9 the Class to Graduation. 6. Residence Certificate for preceding 7 years of the qualifying examination i.e., Graduation in respect of candidates who have private study without any institutionalized education. 7. Integrated Community certificate issued by the competent authority in case of BC/SC/ST candidate. 8. Residence Certificate of father or mother for a period of 10 years in A.P. excluding the period of their employment outside A.P. from M.R.O. in case of Non Local candidates. 9. Transfer Certificate. 10. Two sets of Photo Copies of all certificates. 11. Two recent photographs of the candidate.

Fee Particulars: Registration–cum–Counseling Fee: Rs.1500/-, Tuition Fee as per G.O.Ms.No.66, Department of Higher Education, Dt.30.07.2013.

Minority Candidates whose parental Income is less than Rs.1 Lakh are exempted from the payment of fee to the extent as prescribed by the Govt., of AP. Fee shall be remitted in the form of Demand Draft Drawn in favor of “Convenor, PGECET-AC-SW-II-2013 admissions” payable at Hyderabad or in cash at the bank counters available at the Venue. Fee shall be paid in full at the time of counseling.

Candidates are informed that they should satisfy the admission rules prescribed by the respective universities and should be prepared to pay the Tuition Fee as applicable.

Note: MM means Muslim Minority & CM means Christian Minority candidates.

1. This notification itself is a call for counseling. No separate call letters are sent to the individual candidates. Candidates may have to stay a day extra, if necessary. More number of candidates has been called for counseling than the available seats.  Call for counseling does not guarantee admission.

2. Not Qualified/Not Appeared Minority Candidates will be consider only after exhausting all the GATE, GPAT & PGECET Qualified minority candidates, and Non-Minority Candidates will be considered only after exhausting all the eligible Minority Candidates.

3. The details of the seats available in various colleges will be notified at the time of counseling.

4. The Minority students who take admission in a college through SW-I can slide to a college in SW-II-AC by obtaining a “NOC” from the convener PGECET-2013 admissions (SW-I) and vice versa.

5. Last date for admitted candidates to report to their respective colleges is 05.11.2013 else their admission stands cancelled.

6. Last date for cancellation of Admissions is 06.11.2013.

7. It is mandatory for students to produce Aadhaar Card to avail the Tuition Fee Reimbursement from the Government.
