Non-Teaching Posts at JNU

Applications are invited for the following non teaching posts.

Sr. Laboratory Assistant (Stores): 01 Post
Qualification: Matriculation with Science subjects or 10+2 with Science subject.

Laboratory Assistant (School of Biotechnology): 01 Post 
Qualification: XIIth 55% with Science + 2 years experience/ B.Sc. 50%. 

Technical Assistant (Animal House, School of Life Science): 01 Post 
Qualification: Graduate in Science with Knowledge of Computer.

Deputy Librarian (Central Library): 01 Post
Qualification: i). Masters degree in Library Science/ Information Science/ Documentation Science with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC’s even point scale and a consistently good academic record. ii).Five years experience as an Assistant University Librarian/ College Librarian. iii). Evidence of innovative library service and organisation of published work and processional commitment, computerization of library.

Office Attendant (MTS): 04 Posts
Qualification: Matriculation/ ITI.

Personal Assistant (Group–B): 01 Post
Qualification: (a) Sr. Sec. School Certificate (10+2) (b) with proficiency in shorthand with a speed of 120 w.p.m. and (c) two years experience as Stenographer.

Security Assistant (Group C): 02 Posts
Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent with basic knowledge of Computer and typing.
Application Fee: For Group-A posts: Rs.500/- for General/ OBC candidates; for remaining categories of posts lower than Group- A: Rs. 300/- for General /OBC candidates; No application fee is payable in respect of SC/ ST/ PH candidates.
