Qualification:
 * Accounts: B.Com., BBM (Finance), BBA (Finance) and M.Com. graduates only.
 * Non Accounts: B.Sc., M.Sc., BA, MA and BCA graduates only.
 Experience: 0 – 3 years of experience (BPO/Non BPO/KPO/Financial Services Industry) across all processes.

2. Technical Solutions Representative
Qualification: Graduate with 0-3 years of general experience, or equivalent combination of experience.

3. Security Engineer
Qualification: Minimum degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.
Experience: Typically 3 - 8 years of relevant experience.

4.Technical Support Engineer
Qualification: Bachelors degree (completed prior to start date) in computer science, information systems, or related fields.
Experience: Experience with technical support and/or hardware and software computing, storage, and peripheral devices.
